Qui ne conna\u00eet pas les <strong>makis<\/strong>. Les japonais se servent d&rsquo;une algue rouge, la <strong>nori<\/strong> comme enveloppe pour entourer la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 base de riz. En France, les <strong>algues<\/strong> ne sont pas trop int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans notre culture gastronomique. Pourtant nous devrions nous y int\u00e9resser ! Pourquoi ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>algues<\/strong> alimentaires sont nombreuses. Les plus connues sont: le <strong>kombu royal<\/strong>, le <strong>wakam\u00e9<\/strong>, le <strong>haricot de mer<\/strong>, <strong>la laitue de mer<\/strong>, la <strong>dulse<\/strong> et la <strong>nori<\/strong>. Elles sont riches entre autres en magn\u00e9sium, en iode, en calcium. Elles regorgent de vitamines, de min\u00e9raux et sont antioxydantes. De ce fait, je profite des bienfaits nutritionnels des 3 <strong>algues<\/strong> en m\u00eame temps. J&rsquo;en saupoudre sur mes salades et mes plats au poisson. Elles sont les premiers maillons de la cha\u00eene alimentaire aquatique. La <strong>spiruline<\/strong> contient plus de 60% de prot\u00e9ines brutes. Elle a la m\u00eame valeur qu&rsquo;un steak de boeuf. C&rsquo;est un excellent compl\u00e9ment alimentaire pour les <strong>v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens<\/strong>. Vous pouvez la trouver sous diff\u00e9rentes formes. Je la consomme par le biais de p\u00e2tes qui sont \u00e0 base de <strong>spiruline<\/strong>.
